what allah says to achieve 'jannah' ?
~ Allah says in the Quran that to achieve Jannah, one must believe in Him, do righteous deeds, maintain patience, humility, and seek forgiveness with sincerity.
1. Faith in Allah and His Messengers

- Belief in the Oneness of Allah and the finality of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is essential for entering Jannah.
- Surah Al-Baqarah (2:82):
“And those who believe and do good will be the residents of Paradise. They will be there forever.”
2. Good Deeds (Amanah and Righteousness)

- Engaging in righteous deeds, such as prayer, reading and understanding Qur’an, fasting, charity, and kindness, is necessary for attaining Paradise.
“And give good tidings to those who have believed and done righteous deeds that they will have gardens in Paradise beneath which rivers flow.”
3. Kindness to Parents and Family

- Showing respect and kindness to one’s parents and family members is greatly emphasized in the Quran
- Surah Al-isra (17:23):
“For your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And honour your parents. If one or both of them reach old age in your care, never say to them ˹even˺ ‘ugh,’ nor yell at them. Rather, address them respectfully.”
4. Repentance and Seeking Forgiveness

- Repenting sincerely for one’s sins and asking Allah for forgiveness is a vital means of gaining Allah’s mercy and entering Paradise.
“O believers! Turn to Allah in sincere repentance, so your Lord may absolve you of your sins and admit you into Gardens, under which rivers flow, on the Day Allah will not disgrace the Prophet or the believers with him,”
5. Avoiding Major Sins and Shirk

- Shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the greatest sin and prevents one from entering Jannah.
- Surah An-Nisa (4:48):
“Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating others with Him ˹in worship, but forgives anything else of whoever He wills. And whoever associates others with Allah has indeed committed a grave sin.”
6. Sincerity in Worship

Worshiping Allah sincerely and seeking His pleasure through acts like prayer, reading and understanding Qur’an, fasting, and dhikr, etc..
- Surah Al-Bayyinah (98:5):
“even though they were only commanded to worship Allah ˹alone˺ with sincere devotion to Him in all uprightness, establish prayer, and pay alms-tax. That is the upright Way.”
